Steve Klein Custom Builder is soliciting the professional cooperation of Realtors in selling our new homes in Victoria, Georgetown, and other surrounding areas in Texas. We will be pleased to pay a Realtor registration fee of 3% of the original purchase price on all qualified Realtor registered Clients. To qualify for this compensation, the Realtor, as seller's agent, must comply with the following criteria:
You must be a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and/or Agent.
You must be a member of the local Board of Realtors in the market you are registering in.
You must accompany the Client in person to the Builder's model home or jobsite on the first visit with Builder Sales Associate. Proper introductions, price range, relocation, lending, design and lifestyle requirements and any other pertinent information relative to the Client's situation are to be disclosed to our Sales Associate prior to, and during this appointment, so Client may be served professionally and efficiently. No registrations will be allowed if the Client has already visited with us previously. Telephone registrations can be binding without the Realtor accompanying the Client on the first visit only if Realtor has called Builder Sales Associate and all information about Client is discussed and registration has been faxed or emailed prior to Client's visit to our Communities.
In the case of a Client who is registered by two different Realtors/companies, we will pay the Realtor solely designated by the Client at the time the purchase agreement is signed. No split fees will be paid.
Commissions are not paid on improvements added to the property by the Client after contract date (i.e.: including, but not limited to, change orders, upgrades, window coverings, fencing, landscaping, sprinkler systems, pools, etc...)
Builder Sales Associate agrees to keep Realtor informed as to the current status of the working relationship & project process on a regular basis, or following each communication with client.
Commissions earned will be paid following the funding of the closing process.
Realtor and Builder agree that if no contract is evident, this registration expires in 90 days, unless renewed by Realtor with Builder Sales Associate prior to the expiration date.
YOUR REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE ABOVE NAMED CLIENT, SHOULD THEY ENTER INTO A PURCHASE AGREEMENT UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS REGISTRATION, IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED AND PROTECTED BY THIS DOCUMENT. PLEASE INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS BY CHECKING THE AGREE BUTTON BELOW.
