Customer Care Request
In order to provide prompt and accurate customer service, all service requests are to be submitted on the Customer Service Request Form below. This will ensure accurate documentation of the necessary work for your home, as well as allow prompt scheduling of service to needed items. Upon receipt of your request, a representative of The Klein Companies will contact you to discuss in detail each item and schedule your service. Also, please remember your scheduled service date(s), and allow a sufficient amount of time so that all work can be done completely without further delay caused by rescheduling. Customer Service Appointments are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
